Decile Hub SMS Messaging Has Been Discontinued

Decile Hub no longer offers SMS or text messaging. The program described on this page was retired and is no longer available to any user.
What This Means
This notice covers the SMS and voice assistant program only — the service you reached by texting or calling a Decile Hub number.
- Decile Hub does not send or receive SMS or text messages, and does not place or receive voice calls.
- Phone numbers can no longer be registered for the SMS and voice assistant. The registration screen has been removed from the product.
- The STOP, START, and HELP keywords are no longer monitored, because no SMS messages are sent that they could apply to.
- Phone numbers registered for this program, and the associated records of consent, have been deleted.
WhatsApp Notifications Are Not Affected
Decile Hub separately offers WhatsApp notifications, which continue to operate and are not covered by this notice. That is a different, opt-in feature: you connect a number under notification preferences in your Decile Hub account, and Decile Hub sends notifications about activity on Decile Base to it, with replies and reactions posting back.
It is not part of the retired SMS and voice assistant program and uses a different messaging provider. To stop WhatsApp notifications, remove your number in your Decile Hub notification preferences, or use the remove option offered in the WhatsApp conversation itself.
If You Previously Opted In to SMS
No action is required. You will not receive SMS messages from Decile Hub. Because the program has been withdrawn entirely rather than paused, there is no opt-out to submit and nothing to unsubscribe from.
